13th ACT I Home Buyer Feels Lucky

Charlie Weaver and Dana Nunnally searched for an affordable house when they decided to take a look at the AHA’s ACT I Homes programs with their realtor.  Now Charlie and Dana are our 13th family to purchase an ACT I Home.  Along with having a large yard for the children to play in, Charlie and Dana like the fact that their new home is close to work. What they really like, though, is having their first house be a brand new home at a price they can afford.

The first step in learning more about our ACT I Homes program is to call the AHA at 706-425-5300.  We’ll guide you through signing up for housing counseling classes that will help you decide if buying a house is right for you and talk to you about the ACT I Homes application process. Under construction now on Waddell St. is the next ACT I Home.  The house should be completed in August.  Three more ACT I Homes will be started in early summer.  These new homes will be located on Old W. Broad St. and Bazelle St. in the Brooklyn neighborhood.  So, if you think you could be our next ACT I Homes buyer, call us to find out more.
