The Athens Housing Authority is open today, Sept. 11, 2017.  There is a high potential for severe weather, including high winds and heavy rains.  We will be prioritizing work orders based on emergency and urgent needs.  Staff will be assessing the weather situation on an hourly basis.

For our customers, please stay safe.  If there are items on porches that may blow around in high winds, be sure to secure them or move them indoors for the time being.

Any changes regarding early closing, weather issues or maintenance response will be posted throughout the day.
